A Full-Service E-Commerce Software and Development Company with a particular emphasis on Custom eCommerce and Marketing offers a unique opportunity in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, high energy environment, and is looking for a Social Media Manager. We are based in Miami, Florida, and have an office in Izmir, Turkey. This is a remote position.


What we're looking for? 

 

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing and PR goals.You will also help manage the social media accounts of our clients.


Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.



Responsibilities:


Create and strategize: 

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Develop and manage content calendar; coordinate with corporate content calendar

Measure:

  • Report on the performance of all social media campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Optimize and iterate:

  • Strategize company brand and market effectiveness by developing goals both short and long-term.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency



Requirements:


  • Advanced English 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent editorial judgment, writing skills, and ability to capture our brand voice
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience managing social for brands or companies. 
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Ability to successfully multitask across multiple high priority projects
  • Analytical understanding, experience with data insights, and a working knowledge of social data tools
  • Experience with engaging on social media to build awareness
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with engaging on social media to build awareness
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online community/channel, launching a thought leadership program, creating a web series and writing digital content)
  • Fast Internet Connection and working computer
