Optimum7, a full-service eCommerce Software and Development company, with a particular emphasis on custom eCommerce and marketing, has an opportunity for you to join their growing team. We are based in Miami, Florida, and have an office in Izmir, Turkey. 

In this role as a Sales Manager, you'll join a dynamic company that is leading the way in their industry.

While employees at the Miami office are currently working remotely, our office will be re-open in the future, and would like you to join the team in person. However, we are also encouraging candidates all across the US to apply for fully remote employment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading sales team to reach sales targets and KPIs
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Develop individual quotas and assign leads for team members
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts (Work with the CFO)
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of team leading experience in Sales
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
