What we're looking for

We are seeking an Inside B2B Sales Representative who communicates with all potential prospects/clients to educate, advise and recommend eCommerce services based on the client's needs and brand identity.

  • Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
  • Get trained on creating your opportunities and a full sales playbook to deepen your pipeline.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
  • Reach out to client leads through nurture funnels. You will roughly have 5 leads a day to call, pitch, and nurture.
  • Receive training on software to generate your leads and angles on how to implement a buyer strategy.
  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

A normal day in this position, once in rotation with a sufficient pipeline, would include:

  • Managing calls to ensure proper follow-up schedules with clients. 
  • Calling/conversing with leads (new and current leads/clients) to pitch demos and specific functionality based on the eCommerce development and marketing services we offer.
  • Working directly with our CEO and the Sales Team to exchange ideas, solve problems, etc.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM Experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and a desire to learn.
  • Outgoing self-starter with the ability to define a target market, work with SDRs who do cold calls, and make in-person presentations.
  • Must have good networking and conflict resolution skills.
  • A fast learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and ownership.

Salary Range: $50K - 80K Base + Commission (Target 150K-250K annually)

Commission Structure: 5% of inbound sales, 10-20% of outbound sales
